Thanks to “open platform“ building concept, Fadis entered the world of air texturing with the idea to give each customer the machine he really needs, with the possibility to modify it whenever new markets demands arise.

Starting from POY/FDY/FOY/SDY yarns, either PA or PES or PP, any combination can be created, also with elastane component, for different end uses such as active wear, sportswear, underwear, knitted fabrics, carpet backing, outdoor and upholstery.

The “open platform” concept allows the customer to “build “ the air texturing machine he really needs choosing from 2 up to 4 cold godet or 6 hot godet configuration. Depending on the number of plies to be intermingled and feed bobbin size, the machine can be supplied either with upper creel or with a separate creel up to 12 plies and the automatic doffing can be applied to improve efficiency.

The resulting benefits from Fadis techonology is high winding speed thanks to a straight yarn path without angles, a simpler yarn thread-in thanks to linear yarn path from separate creel, a perfect package winding preparation thanks to our unique winding technology and automatic online tensioning system with improved weaving efficiency result, with reduced initial investment cost.
