Fadis, which is always tuned to the requirements of each single production process and wants the users of its machines to always work in the best possible way, introduced SINCRO HD PREMIUM, a dedicated machine range for technical and carpet yarns up to 10.000 Dtex/1 Nm.
SINCRO HD F/R/B - PREMIUM, have been studied for softwinding, rewinding, assembly winding process.

Above machines combine production and quality requirements, guaranteeing high performances and speeds up to 1400 mt/min (depending on winding parameters, yarn count and supply package).

To obtain these results, Fadis hasn’t made any compromise and the best technologies available on the market have been used to assure the best possible performances. Keeping the characteristics of flexibility assured by the electronic yarn guide technology with precision crossing unchanged, Fadis has reinforced and enhanced all  those parts subject to wear and tear due to the constant use of technical yarns or carpet yarns.

Specifically, the overfeed roller motor, the package motor and the yarn guide motor have been enhanced, and all mechanic parts, like the take-up arms and the take-up rollers have been reinforced.

Fadis, once again, has introduced on the market a revolutionary system to load hanks to increase efficiency called "EASY LOAD".
It has been developped to:

• reduce intervention for hank loading & final package unloading time
• increase in weaving efficiency thanks to better quality final package build up ( precision winding )
• to convert the hank to cone winding process into an automated one combined with our SINCRO precision rewinder with automatic doffer
• reduction in nr of spindles requirements thanks to higher overall process efficiency, less downtime
