SOFT WINDER - REWINDER

The soft winding machines and rewinding machines of Fadis’s SINCRO PLUS range are meant to process all types of yarns, staple fibre and continuous filament yarn. Soft winding and rewinding are two fundamental phases of the entire production cycle, where producing perfect packages is very important to guarantee the best quality during the subsequent working processes. SOFT WINDING:
with the SINCRO PLUS FT FC machines it is possible to obtain “soft” packages ready for dyeing with a controlled density and with such yarn laying precision as to guarantee the best possible dip penetration during the dyeing phase, a perfect uniformity between the inner and outer part of the soft package, but most of all a perfectly uniform density from one bobbin to the other. Such results can only be achieved with our SINCRO PLUS FT-FC machines because Fadis has chosen to use the most advanced technologies available on today’s market, that can be summarized as follows:

REWINDING:
with the SINCRO PLUS RT RC machines it is possible to produce perfectly homogenous bobbins which, in the following weaving, knitwear, hosiery knitting and other similar processes, guarantee perfect yarn unwinding without tears and with a uniform tension.

Nowadays, weaving and knitting machines work at increasingly higher speeds, consequently requiring feed bobbins that guarantee a perfect unwinding in order to avoid continual yarn breakages and defects on the final fabrics.
This is only possible with the electronic yarn guided precision crossing technology that allows a homogeneous yarn laying without any patterning and to our Tens Control™ tension device with electronic on-line tension control where is possible to obtain packages all with the same hardness, thus avoiding the problem of color faults due to different yarn tensions.

Using the bobbins produced on our SINCRO PLUS RT RC machines it is possible to obtain such results, drastically reducing the number of breakages on weaving and knitting machines.

Thanks to the constant commitment to research and the application of the best technical solutions and in collaboration with the largest manufacturers of Cobots and safety systems, Fadis has developed an innovative automation for loading and unloading packages that allows to automate any winding process and to use different take up tubes by type and size, both cylindrical and flanged.

This system makes it possible to increase efficiency and allows the machine to work autonomously even during the night shift, increasing its efficiency and guaranteeing the repeatability of the results.
